It provides the essential information required by a user/customer to your website, in order to provide different forms of feedback to you as a webmaster. (suggestion, problems, complaints, products etc). It is simple to set up, as only have one config file which requires information about your site and details. It has a built in mailer to send you an email of the feedback together with sending an email to the user confirming receipt. Furthermore it also has a built in feature to save all feedback to a file for later viewing. All these built in features can be switched either "ON" or "OFF" in the config file, hence allowing this script to run no matter what your webhost limitations are. eg (If your webmaster doesnt provide SMTP facilities no probs just switch "OFF" and have your feedback written to your feedback file). myForm uses default CDONTS SMTP mail object to send email through the Active Server Page (ASP), as most hosted websites offer this type of SMTP object on their WinNT webhost enviroment.
